My skype is sm_smokey and Ive had prior experience to staffing. The servers ive previously staffed for were Optizone Gaming as the Head Admin for the US Timezone, Vitality Servers for over 3 months as an admin, carbonrp for about 6 months as a staff director, DarkRP Reloaded as a admin for about 1 year, Dishonest Gamers as an administrator for about 3 months before it got shut down, and CloudStream Gaming as an admin for over 8 months. I am currently a 16 year old student in highschool that has an average of 3.8 which is equivalent to all 85-90s in every class i have. I have a microphone which is currently the blue snowball so you wont have to worry about a bad microphone as a staff member or annoying an players with it. I have staffed with Atlas in the past because as i said above i staffed for Optizone Gaming as the head admin and he was the staff manager.  The significance of being a moderator is Helping protect the server from rdmers/mingers etc. and to make sure that everyone on the server follows the rules and guidelines set by Atlas. and to make sure the people that want to rp can play on the server and enjoy what it has to offer, also as a mod i need to try to keep the server as fun as possible for all the people that play on Sanctus and to keep it a clean and friendly fan base. I will be on the server on duty about 60-70% of the time I'm on and I will be on for about 4 hours a day on the weekdays and on the weekends I will be on for about 6 hours. One suggestion i have for this server is More jobs, Specifically the fire fighter job and the tow truck job, With the fire fighter some times when your printers or other entities, or cars explode they would cause a fire, that fire will then spread and destroy other entities and cause damage to players, if someone sees a fire they can do !phone and a fire fighter can then go to that marker, the fire fighter can then charge a fee to that person for putting out the fire or get a set amount for putting one out. Then the tow truck job He can tow cars and keep them in a building and have a fee for the person to get it back. it would work like carjack but the car has to be parked illegally to where it blocks other people from driving so if its in the middle of the road or parked illegally he can tow it to his base. I added that suggestion just incase you guys needed some help coming up with some new ideas. I think one of the most important things on the server is the chain of command it is so important because The chain of command is the heart of every good server, The chain of command is who you go to when you need help or you have questions, people make mistakes and mods are people, its better to be safe than sorry, if i want to know whether or not someone broke a rule or what the correct jail time is i can use my chain of command and can go to a higher up with more experience and most likely he'll have the answer if not ill go higher up in my chain of command. I am currently not employed but i am always looking for a good job were i can help people and make some good money. One question you may ask yourself before accepting me is probably what makes this guy better then all of the other people applying? What makes me better then all of the other people applying is simply I don't apply for power i am applying to help people and keep the server and clean and healthy and fun environment for all of the players. What makes me better then all the other people applying is i am from the US so I can be on when you guys aren't on and I can watch over all of the UK staff making sure they don't abuse and aren't disrespectful or mean to players. What makes me better is i can bring a good gaming community and a good gaming experience towards this server and i can allow more people to join by inviting my friends. The final thing that makes me better is that i have over 7000 hours on gmod and i am a very mature and formal and punctual player so I will not be late to any of the meetings or events that go on in the server.
